Would you like to create your own gift box? You can!

The medium box measures 26.6 x 17.2 x 7.8 cm.

What does n't fit in a medium box?

  • Posters, frames and planners.
  • Tote bags and drawstring bags.
  • More than 2 glass items (candles, mugs, money boxes, teatreats, pen holders). You can only combine this with 1 or 2 flat items such as bookmarks, key rings, magnets, writing sets, bookbags, pencil cases, ...)
  • More than 1 notebook. You can only combine this with flat items such as bookmarks, key rings, magnets, writing sets, book bags, pencil cases, ...)
  • More than 1 zamzam bottle. You can only combine this with flat items such as bookmarks, key rings, magnets, writing sets, bookbags, pencil cases, ...)

    The XL box measures 35 x 25 x 10 cm.

    What does n't fit in an XL box?

    • Posters and frames measuring 30 x 40cm
    • More than 3 glass items (candles, mugs, pen holders, money boxes or tea treats)
    • More than 2 notebooks
    • More than 3 zamzam bottles

    Both boxes are filled with wood wool and finished with gift ribbon + a sticker of your choice.

    If you add a greeting card to the box, it will be attached outside the box so you can write a personal message on it. 

    If you are not sure which box to purchase, contact us via the Whatsapp icon and send a screenshot of the items you would like to process in a gift box. We will then look at which box is most suitable together with you.

    How do you proceed? 

    Step 1: Add the box of your choice to your shopping cart.

    Step 2: Add the items you would like to include to your shopping cart.

    Step 3: If you want to put together multiple gift boxes, or if you also order items that do not need to be in the box, please indicate this clearly in the comments window at the bottom of your shopping cart.

    Step 4: Place your order.

    Please note: You are not supposed to buy the gift boxes empty so that you can fill them yourself. We are not a wholesaler and work with modest stocks. You must therefore add at least 2 items to the Medium Box or 4 to the XL box. Orders with only empty box(es) will be cancelled by us.

    Shipped within 48 hours on working days

    Ordered before 11am = shipped the next business day.

    Parcel post with track & trace will in principle be delivered the next working day.

    Letterbox post without track & trace may take longer to arrive (+/- 3 working days).

    Pick up in Antwerp

    • Delivery time: when you place your order before 11am, you can assume that your order can be picked up the next business day. On Saturdays and Sundays we do not work on orders and there is no pick-up.
    • Rate: free

    We are not a physical store, just a pick-up point. Pick-ups can only be made by appointment by women, as the handover is done one-on-one by the female manager. We urge you to comply with this. Not only out of respect for us, but especially because of the Islamic regulations regarding this.

    Pick-up times are within normal working hours. On certain days we provide evening pick-ups until 8pm.

    Orders must be collected within 14 days.

    Collection times vary weekly so these will be communicated along with the address in the collection notification.

    The pick-up notification is sent via Whatsapp or SMS as emails often end up in SPAM. It is therefore extremely important that you provide a correct telephone number when ordering.

    Urgent order?

    Depending on the size of the order and the associated processing time and our own logistical capabilities, in some cases we can make an extra trip to the post office, arrange Saturday delivery or prepare your order for collection during the weekend.

    The additional cost for an urgent order is 20% of the order amount + any additional shipping costs for example for Saturday delivery.

    Contact us via the Whatsapp icon at the bottom right of your screen or via info@islaminspired.com to discuss this option with us. It may be useful to make a screenshot of your shopping cart in advance.

    Urgent orders are created manually by us and must be paid for via a payment request.

    Gift?

    Would you like to give one of our products as a gift, but the recipient does not live nearby? Let us send your gift directly and save on shipping costs.

    What should you do?

    • Please mention in the note box at the bottom of your shopping cart that it is a gift. Then we will not send a packing slip and we will wrap it extra nicely.
    • Enter the name and address of the person the gift is for in the delivery details. Enter your details in the billing details.
    • In the contact details you enter your email address and telephone number.
    • It may be useful to add a greeting card with personal text to the order so that the person in question knows who it is from. We do not provide a note ourselves.
    • If you would like to surprise several people, please create a separate order for each person.
    • If the person in question is not at home, the package will be delivered to the neighbours, a safe place or a collection point, depending on their preferences. Inform the person in question if this is the case.

    Large volumes

    As you can read in 'Who are we' Islam Inspired is a one-man business. Each product is handmade by one person, so it goes without saying that larger volumes require a longer delivery time or are sometimes simply not feasible. So please contact us first.

    By large volumes we mainly mean orders from companies and organisations that, for example, want to order a large number of (business) gifts for their staff or students.

    Cancel or Return

    Islam Inspired does its utmost to describe and depict its products as clearly as possible so that the customer is not faced with any surprises upon receipt. If the product still does not meet expectations, you can return it up to 14 working days after receipt. As soon as the product is received unused and undamaged, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account. This does not apply to personalized items. These will not be refunded under any circumstances. Personalized items include: items printed with names, own texts and/or a color of your choice (using the color picker).

    Return costs are for the account of the customer. We will look at the cheapest return option with you and create the return label for you. We have multiple return addresses so please do not return products on your own.

    If you want to order urgently, return, report damage or an undelivered order, email us with your order number at info@islaminspired.com . You can also send us a message via Whatsapp using the icon at the bottom right of the screen.

    If your order has not yet been shipped, it is possible to cancel it. Unless it concerns personalized items. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us. If you cancel after receiving this email, the return conditions apply. Send us a message via the Whatsapp icon or email info@islaminspired.com to cancel your order.

    Personalized items

    Personalized items are non-refundable. Once you have placed your order, you cannot cancel or change it. Why? Usually, orders are put into production very quickly. We cannot recover the material and time we have spent on making personalized items in any way. Personalized items include: items printed with names, your own texts and/or a color of your choice (using the color picker).
