Customised products

If you don't find what you're looking for in the ready-made products, you can have an existing design adapted or have a completely new message written for yourself or a loved one and have it cast in a design of your choice. All products on the website can be custom-made.

Cards (announcements, invitations, greeting cards...) and posters can also be sent digitally only so that you can print or send them yourself. You will then save on shipping and material costs.

Request customization in good time. Preferably at least two weeks in advance. For birth announcements we recommend at least two months.

How is the price calculated?

The prize consists of:

  • The pure material cost of the product and packaging. If you choose a digital design, these costs are of course eliminated. The material cost for each product is different.
  • Working hours (design, administration, communication with the client). Per minute we charge €0.49.
  • Possible shipping costs. Orders above 100 € (BE) and 150 (NL) are shipped free of charge and collection at our location in Ekeren Donk near Antwerp is also free of charge.

How long does it take us on average to work on a design?

Customers who know exactly what they want and give clear instructions, provide their own texts or prefer a minimalist design, we are of course done faster with. Small changes to an existing design are also made quickly. Count on 30 minutes to 2 hours.

If we have to come up with everything ourselves - from design to texts - and have to keep reporting this back to the client, it takes more time. Count on 3-8 hours.

Payment

For custom work, an invoice is manually created and sent via email. Once paid, the order goes into production.

What don't we do?

We are open to all requests, provided they fall within the Islamic permissible. For example, we do not design for Christian holidays, Valentine's Day or birthdays.

We can also incorporate texts or images supplied by you into a design of your choice, but these texts may not be copyrighted.

Because we already have a minimal profit margin, do not charge VAT and like to treat all our customers equally, we never negotiate on price.
